1. Who we are

These terms apply to all orders placed through puhf.store.

2. The product

We sell one product, the PUHF Cap, in two colourways and one adjustable size. Photography is as accurate as we can make it, but screens vary, and small differences in colour and embroidery are normal on a made object.

3. Prices

Prices are set in euro. If we show the price in your local currency, the converted price is the one you pay. Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping is always included in the price. The price shown when your order is confirmed is the price that applies.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. If a cap is out of stock, or a price or description is plainly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Payment

We accept payment by credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are securely processed through WooPayments, a payment service provided by WooCommerce.

Payment information is processed securely and sensitive card details are not stored on our website.              By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship across Europe, shipping is free in Finland and Sweden.

Orders are dispatched after payment has been received. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays or weather. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days. The product should be returned in its original condition. You may inspect and try on the cap to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. However, you may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary for such inspection. If the returned product is worn, dirty, damaged, stained, altered, or otherwise has a reduced value, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund corresponding to the diminished value of the product. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, unless otherwise required by applicable law. This right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory consumer rights regarding faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied products. 

8. Refunds

Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned cap. If shipping is included in the purchase price, there is no separate shipping charge to refund. The cost of returning the cap is the customer’s responsibility.

9. Faulty or incorrect items

Your statutory rights apply. Email hello.puhf@gmail.com with your order number and a photograph or video and we will replace or refund.

10. Personal data

To fulfil an order, we collect your name, delivery address, email address and order details. We use this information to process and deliver your order, provide customer service and fulfil our legal and accounting obligations. Your personal data may be processed by our service providers, such as our website hosting provider, payment provider and shipping/carrier services, where necessary to process and deliver your order. Order and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable Swedish accounting law. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or, where applicable, deletion of your personal data. You can contact us at hello.puhf@gmail.com regarding your personal data. The data controller is Joeledstrom AB, registered in Sweden.

11. Cookies

The PUHF website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the website, shopping cart and checkout to function properly. We may also use cookies provided by third-party services used on the website. Where cookies are used for analytics, advertising or other purposes that require consent, we will ask for your consent before setting those cookies.

12. Complaints and disputes

If you have a complaint about your order or our products, please contact us first at hello.puhf@gmail.com so that we can try to resolve the matter directly. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, consumers in Sweden may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) for information about dispute resolution and, where applicable, submit a complaint. Consumers in other EU countries may also have access to consumer dispute resolution bodies in their own country. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under the laws of the country where you live.
